No nonsense yoga at MCY.

I've been doing quite a bit of work for Merchant City Yoga recently. This place is a bit (or quite a big chunk) of a haven for broken people. Not just broken bones but the broken-ness that comes with tiredness, stress, aches, pains and let's feel a bit better about ourselves mood that we sometimes become aware of. It's also the perfect place for people that don't do yoga

Motivation. Where do you get yours from?

A client of mine, Judi Farrell of Merchant City Yoga, understands my wanderlust. In fact she more than encouraged me to go travelling, she was almost throwing things into a bag telling me to go asap! Judi recommended a book called The Suitcase Entrepreneur by Natalie Sissons. This is a great book and I recommend to all of you who want to try out a freedom career as they call it. I know in real life this may be a tad difficult but we could at least try couldn't we? Or at least do something for ourselves? Make some me-time?

Once in a lifetime eh? So after many sleepless nights I finally made the decision. And of course the ultimate realisation…why didn't I do this a long time ago?

At last, I'm (a)live...

Well…this hasn't taken me long at all. No siree. Let me introduce myself. First off I'm a procrastinator. Albeit only when it comes to my own decisions that affect me. Feels good to say it out loud. Doesn't mean to say I'll always do something about it. Or get shit done. Or free my soul from the procrastination dilemmas I face on a daily basis. But this I tell you, it's a start.
